Our baby’s health is more important than our appearance. In general, women will gain weight during pregnancy, which is normal. Doctors advice that for the first six months the baby should not be fed with anything else but mother’s milk. Therefore, it is your responsibility as a mother to take care of your health so that your baby gets its feed. Do away with all weight loss pills when you are pregnant and when your baby is still suckling.
