First trimester is a crucial period coz chance of abortion is more during that period.. Emotional stress can reduce the mental health of the baby.. So expecting mothers should keep herself happy and someone should keep her happy. Listening music, meditation and yoga etc can be undertaken to keep oneself calm and happy during pregnancy.. |

Ash stress does affect the fetus during pregnancy, so its vital that you remain stress free, do thing which make you happy and importantly talk to someone, which can help in relieving your stress and tensions. You can also try some relaxation yoga techniques too. Also speak to your gyno to let her know you are going through stress and she will also recommend some things for you to relieve your stress. |
