Default Trouble walking

Well, I am probably nearing the end of my pregnancy, and today I have experienced the first painful symptom: when I step on my left foot, it hurts in my lower back. It hurts bad enough to make walking difficult, I have been using a walking stick around the house! Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do?

I have not had any experiences like this at all. Does it hurt when you sit and elevate your leg at all?

If you are concerned speak to your helath professional. Chances are your body is just telling you to sit back and relax, even though you are probably feeling frustrated.

Hmm.. I'm not sure if you just pulled a muscle? I would talk to your doc if it continues..

I'm guessing that your body refuses to move that much. If you're close to your delivery date you should just rest and don't exhaust yourself too much. Although I can still see some pregnant moms out there with a really big tummy still going on shopping lolz.

Yes, I have asked the doctor about it, and he says I'm not the only pregnant woman using a cane. Lower back pain happens a lot when the delivery is near. His advice was to take Tylenol and try using warm or hold pads. It helps, to some extent.

I'm fine when I'm sitting, it's just walking that hurts. Hopefully, it will not last long!

Yes, I agree to your problems.I had also faced these things. Here, I would like to say that of-course it pains a lot, but the result is a "new life".Don't you feel excited! just imagine a new born baby into your hand.

I assure you, these troubles are for only few weeks. Its the common one.

Well, I am happy to report that the problem was solved almost right after I had the baby. The swelling of my feet went down when I was still at the hospital, and back pain was considerably reduced. I hear that the 9th month is the hardest, most women experience these symptoms.

I never faced anything of this during my pregnancies, but did have a slight back pain during second trimester, which eventually went away!

You should really consult your doctor and see what he says about this! However this could really just be normal as its also the last stage of the pregnancy

Congratulations on your new baby, tell us all about him/her weight, name etc.

I hope you are okay too and not suffering too much with sleepless nights.
