Default Pregnancy cough?

Has anyone experienced this? I had noticed that I began to cough more during my pregnancy, especially during the first 3-4 months. It was not anything cold-related, no sore throat, either. I could tell that it was starting somewhere in the belly, LOL.

I've never heard of this. That's very interesting. I looked it up on google and I didn't find an official answer, but here's a link that may help you:

(Talks about Chronic Cough)

http://www.pregnancy-info.net/forums/Discomfort/Chronic_Coughing/
(People discussing their chronic coughs during pregnancy)

This may help you get on the right track to figuring out what's going on. Hope it helps!

Ohh that's just bad case during pregnancy. It's so hard to cough when your pregnant and even if your not. I had such a bad experience of this dry coughings the whole summer! I just felt my throat was so sore after that.

Thanks for the links!

I am glad it was not too bad in my case, and now it is completely over, so it did not turn into something chronic. My husband had asked whether the baby was kicking me in the lungs!

Interesting, but I've never heard of such thing as pregnancy cough. I have never experienced it either. I guess there are many different things that happen to women during their pregnancy and this just could be one of those as well.
