Default Clothes for pregnant woman

Gone are the days when women wore rags during pregnancy. Today we have many designers now designing clothes for those nine months. So no ore crying that nothing fits as now we have a wide range to choose from which is not only fashionable but comfortable too. Today we do not have to lock our self in a room thinking that there is nothing that you can wear which may make you look good with that bump to go out to a party. No more skipping parties, weddings, birthdays or get togethers. Now we can show our baby bump with style and dignity. More and more designer are getting in to designing clothes women who are going to have a baby. Be formal wear, casuals, corporate wear, trendy designs and party wear, everything is available today.

While it is true that we have many more options for maternity clothes these days, it can be still difficult to find what you need, and it can certainly be expensive. I, for example, am tall, and I went to all kinds of stores to find maternity jeans / pants with long legs. They just don't seem to make those.

My mother always had trouble finding things as well. I agree, it can become very expensive

When I was pregnant I just bought a couple of basics and dressed up with accessories. I had two pairs of smart maternity trousers and a few t-shirts and over shirts.

I wasn't too fussy about being a trend setter, I just wanted to feel comfortable.

Plus I could never justify spending a fortune for clothes that would not fit me for very long.

Yes, I feel the same way bubble - why spend a fortune on a whole new wardrobe that will only last me a few months? I have two pairs of maternity pants for going out, and two simpler-looking pairs for home, that's quite enough for me. As for tops, my regular tops fit so far, and I also have some larger items that should work well later on.

I think that's a great point. I mean, if you know the clothes are not going to fit soon anyway, then why not just go for what's the cheapest? I bet it's tough being pregnant, and not fitting into the clothes you used to. I bet that part of it can become really upsetting to women.
