If you are someone who does not like doing excessive exercise are getting lots of pain while being pregnant, then walking is something i really recommend. This not only is a form of exercise but also gives you strength, a breath of fresh air, something which will be very beneficial for you in the long term. Walking doesn't mean, being excessive or walking fast paced, slow walking will do, walk at a pace you will comfortable at and for the duration you feel good at, but making sure you drink lots of water after or during the time you walk. |

There are other things that are a benefit to walking while you are pregnant and that is , It helps you when you are in the delivery room . I builds up the muscles around the uterus. But there is a chance that you can do too much walking so make sure that you monitor how much you really do

Yes, walking is one of the best and easiest exercises a pregnant woman can do. It does not have to be vigorous / energetic walking, in fact it shouldn't, especially later in the pregnancy. Just taking a stroll around the block, or in a park, is wonderful for you.

I know that while I was pregnant this past year I had to walk where ever I had to go due to the fact that I did not have a car. So needless to say I definitly had to watch how I paced myself. It is not easy when I was 8 months along.

Of course, if you have all the possibility to have a normal delivery, then walking would really help a lot. Do you think if a person had undergone cesarean operation before, he still have the chance to deliver a normal baby? |
