Does anyone like adding a slice of lemon into a glass of Coke? I don't even remember what had gotten me to start doing it, but I love the taste. I have cut down on Coke, so I don't do that very often these days.

What does it tastes like? I never put lemon on coke unless it's an Iced tea. Isn't that becoming more acidic?

No, it's just a touch of sour lemony taste added to the sweetness of Coke. If you have ever tried Pepsi Twist, that's pretty close - they have actually added the lemony taste into the formula.

Oh I forgot about that but I think I heard of it before. Too bad I'm now having a coke-free month! I'm pretty much addicted to coke and my hubby warned me not to drink too much of it.

I had tried Coca-Cola with lime once and I liked it quite a bit, but I don't drink pop that often and when I do, it is basically ginger ale. I've tried putting a slice of lemon in that after reading your posting but it didn't make much of a difference in its taste.

Oh so you tried it huh. I was thinking maybe I'll just buy a lemon flavored soda although I kinda hate the smell of it.
