Default Lassi

Well, lassi is a drink which is very good for for health and very delighting in summers. It is made out of curd by diluting it with water and shaking it well. A little mint, black pepper and salt/sugar can be put to make it more tasty.

lessy is teasty but it cannot be consumed by fatty persones.

My recommendatioin is instead of adding sugar good honey and a couple drops of lemon juice will not harm your heakth when used.

You are right migael. I usually prepare with honey only.

It is a different combination and taste so so good.................

Thats not a nice way of putting it 'fatty persons', instead you could have said over weight people. And sweet lassi is something which you can not have everyday anyway so once in a while is ok for everyone.

And you can not add lemon juice to a milk product, if you have been doing that migael and been drinking your lassi, you have weird taste buds!

Simply get 3 tea spoons (depending on how thick you want the texture of your drink) in a glass, whisk the yogurt so there are no lumps, and then add chilled water and also mix in salt and pepper for taste.

Lassi is very refreshing as well as filling at the same time and also is a healthy drink to have.
I generally like have it a bit liquidy but I know some people like to have it in a thick consistency.
