Well i know how you can utilize citrus fruit wastes like oranges, sweet lime and lime but not sure about other fruit wastes! What other fruit wastes are you talking about, if you be a bit specific then it may be a bit easier, but personally i dont think that the wastes can be used any further! The skin from oranges, lemons or sweet lime can be dried and then grinded to make a powder which can then be used to rub on your skin to make it glow! You can also use the powder to get rid of dark patches between the thighs, under upper arms or under the arms or any other part of the body which has dark patches. |

Hi Arti Fruits are a healthier option than fruit juices as the fiber content in the fruit is lost when you blend and strain the juice. One way to make sure that you drink your cool delicious juice yet get the fiber into your body is to utilise the fruit pulp that is left over. Here some ways to use the fruit pulp : You can make a slushy with the pulp. Boil the pulp with little water (for every cup of fruit pulp add 1/4 cup water)for a minute with sugar. Let it cool. Now freeze. Take it out and break the solid into small pieces and blend it gain. Now freeze it once more, it will not solidify as earlier. once frozen you can scoop out the slush and serve with some pieces of jelly to add to the fun |

I put all fruit and veg waste in the compost pile. It creates a rich compost that I use in the garden to grow more fruits and veg!.... Or you could dry it out and make a pretty necklace for yourself Farce. |

I usually prepare them as a soup.Just add turmeric powder, pepper powder ,salt and water with vegetables and allow them to boil for 1/2 an hour(till the water content is halfed). Filter it and have it.

I am puzzled by this post. If it is already waste, why look for ways to utilize it? It should go into the waste bin or a compost pit.
