Default Vegetables good for diet meal?

Are all the vegetables the same? I mean, what could be the best vegetable to eat when you are in diet? I am quite picky when it comes to vegetables but I would try to force myself to eat those. I just want to hear your opinion.

I think any vegetable is good for your diet. The green vegetables are the most advisable. There is some nuance among them though. For instance, broccoli is better than cauliflower.

All the vegetables are advised to have as our diet as each category has their own contents that everybody should take, you like them or not, you should eat to prevent from that particular deficiencies.

All vegetables are wonderful for diet meals. They are easy to digest and they virtually have no calories. You can eat as much as you want, especially lettuce, broccoli and carrots - these are just wonderful. There is also the famous celery of course that has negative calories, which means you burn more calories than you actually intake while consuming this vegetable.

well not all vegetables are so. Infact there are some which are difficult to digest which is why they contribute towards "roughage"

Dietary fiber (fibre), sometimes called roughage, is the indigestible portion of plant foods that pushes food through the digestive system, absorbing water and easing defecation.

we don't eat that much vegetables. we are purely non-vegetarian. the
only vegetables that are allowed in our house is onions, tomatoes,
and chillies in the preparation of meat. eating vegetables reduces your bravery

Default vegetarian meat substitutes fit thebill

I am a vegetarian. No not one othose types.
I make everything with the meat substitutes from Morningstar farms, lite-life, tofurky.
The benefit is its all vegetable, so when your on a diet, your getting your RDA of veggies, plus the benefits of flavors.
Boca burgers taste like a burger. I like lite-life products. they have breakfast sausage, deli meats, strips, etc.
You don't miss anything. And you get lots of fiber too.

I like vegetables but I think, it will be difficult for me if I become one of the vegetarians. I really like to eat meat. Anyway, do you eat sea foods? Some vegetarians doesn't eat this kind of food.

I think that the worst vegetables for dieting are corn and potatoes. Of course, these are my two favorite veggies.
Lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes are all good to eat while trying to diet.

What type of veggies which you like most? I mean, do you prefer with cooked or fresh one? For me, its better to eat fresh veggies because you could eat it anytime you like. However, I do eat cook veggies too.

Default I Heart Herbs

some vegetables are not as good for dieting like mentioned above ones such as corn and potatoes, parsnips, and yams anything really startchy will have a lot of carbohydrates. Any diet needs to be balanced to by trying to eat more vegetables and then only eating things like corn and potatoes you are going to end up with way more carbs than you need. Bell Peppers, Lettuce, Cucumbers, Mushrooms, Celery, Beets, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, onions, and eggplant are all good and low calorie. The more colours you can eat the more likely to be getting a variety of vitamins and minerals. Be careful of things like avocados which is a vegetable but very high in fat!

AND DONT FORGET HERBS! Items like parsley, garlic and other herbs and spices pack a punch of different minerals that are really important to our bodies
