I have heard that Alli really works, but can cause you to have bowel problems.

About 10 yrs ago I found a diet pill that really worked for me. It was sold by a lady in our town. I dropped weight quickly and it stayed off. The problem, the company went out of business. I think that there was something in the pills that were harmfull or something.

Alli is supposed to be good but you can't eat any fat at all otherwise you have involuntary bowel movements and can get caught out in public places. I think a good diet and lots of exercise is the better than any pill.

I wouldn't try to diet with any sort of pills actually. I think maybe slim fast is an okay way to jump start a diet, but if you get dependent on a pill, or a product as well, you'll gain back the weight when you go off of it, and ya don't want that to happen.

I don't think there are any diet pills that actually work on a long-term basis. They are basically designed to drain the water out really fast and it gives a false sense of weight-loss. Yet, it never lasts. The best thing to do is besides having a sensible diet, drinking a lot of green tea and keep exercising. It is the healthiest way to the weight loss which no pill can ever provide.

You really shouldn't look at is as a diet either. Look at it as a life change. You can go on a diet, loose a ton of weight, but if you go back to your old ways of eating and not exercising the weight will come back. It is a vicious cycle!

I totally agrees with you, I also don't think there is any diet pills that actually work on a long-term basis. They just give you false sense of weight loss. For best results you have to plan your diet and exercise is must to stay fit and healthy.

You can take cayenne pepper pills and green tea pills. These are said to give your slowing metabolism a little boost. Diet pills do work, but I'm not a fan due to side effects. ALSO, there is something to be said for the pills that help you lose water weight. Sometimes some of us feel fat because we are retaining too much water, so losing a little water weight may be just the thing we need!

Is that over the counter pills? I heard some herbal capsules can slim your body but the side effects will be LBM. I think it's normal to experience LBM because in that way you can release some fats.

I don't believe in diet pills, or should I say I don't like it because I heard that it has bad effects to the health.

I'm agreeing completely with you. I had a bad experience with Ali pills. I'm considering them the harmful product and I have a couple of friends who possess the same experience. The best solution to weight loss problem is the
lowcarb diet and a lot of exercises.

It really does bring you a major butt problem hehe. My friend used to drink some natural herb pills which was good for slimming up. Oh well as a student she can't even afford to buy it since it's costly and you'll be taking in 3 times a day.

Sometimes diet pills do do much good and they can be harmful. There is a tea called Super Detox Tea you can get from Vitamin World it really helps with weight loss. Niacin tablets burn fat. Both of these are cheap and effective.

yeah, I have gotten diet pills in the past and it always makes me feel like I'm not taking care of my body. And eventually I stop taking them altogether. I don't know, Are they really that bad for you?
