Default Energy Drinks

I'm not sure why, but Red Bull seems to be the only thing that gives me a boost of energy. Maybe I've had too much coffee in my life lol. I just can't get up in the morning without a boost. How about you?

The problem with caffine is that it's so addictive. My caffine addiction is only mild. I have to have a cup of English tea first thing on a morning before I do anything else.

Energy drinks like Red Bull are just full of sugars and they are so bad for you. Red Bull doesn't taste all that great either.

Somehow I find Red Bull to be very tasty. I do agree that it's weird tasting though!!

You are already addicted to Red Bull I think. It is not good for your health to drink one just to have a boost of energy. Try changing your diet. Look for foods that gives extra energy or better yet, consult a dietitian.

I think it can become so easy for people to look for the easy fix. I am one of them. Instead of making sure I sleep enough, I'll not sleep much and then drink coffee. What a terrible mix!
