One thing to consider when trying to lose weight is, if you go out to eat with someone who eats a lot, you are going to probably end up eating a lot. We tend to mimick those around us.

That depends if the meal is going to be paid by that someone lolz. Even so, I don't eat as much as the one i'm eating with. I always eat what I want but not too much.

I usually know my limits, so even if I am with someone who eats more than I do, I will stop when I'm full. That's what carry-out boxes are for! I'll have another meal at home using those leftovers.

| I pretty much ALWAYS have left overs. YUM! However, things like Pho and French Fries taste pretty gross when sitting in the fridge, so those I leave behind

| Well ya, that's true also. Just because someone eats a lot, doesn't necessarily mean they're going to gain weight. I know a lot of people who can eat a lot and never gain at all. It's amazing
