Default Low carb foods

Can anyone give me a list of low carb foods that I can eat on this diet ? I have been eating alot of meat but it's getting boring now and I am craving something else. If you could help me out with some foods I'd appreciate it. Also is there anything sweet I can eat ?

Here are few I found
Code:
Meat, Seafood eggs Cheese (Up to 4 oz per day)Fat like Butter, mayonnaise, cream, margarine in fact all fat are allowed .Vegetable including Low-starch green vegetables. Restrict starchy vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, peas, corn etc. Fruits Avoid high glycemic fruits such as watermelon, bananas, citrus fruits, pineapple etc.
Try making snacks of mushrooms with cheese & oregano mix. Buy cheese sticks, nuts or sugar free candies to satisfy those munchies.

I think it must be really difficult to keep up with a low carb diet, especially for someone like me who cannot get enough pasta and potato.

I always get confused when trying to count carbs or calories, it's just too much to worry about. I'd rather balance my meals, eat in moderation, and work out to burn off the calories I don't need.

I know what you mean. How do you count carbs anyway? Do you go by the percentage on the item, or the grams ?
