When did you start drinking coffee? My friend bought me a coffee from Starbucks on my 14th birthday and I had a MAJOR crush on him lol! It tasted so good because he had bought it for me!

I don't remember how old I was when I first tried coffee. My parents and grandparents had it all the time, but as a kid I was not allowed any, I remember that. Then I remember myself drinking it with the rest of the family, so obviously it was "okeyed" at some point.

My grandma was probably the first to give me sips of hers growing up and I know my mom didn't like it very much lol. My grandma always loved coffee. She had diabetes and just didn't wanna stop drinking it. I thought it was really cute!

In college during UG

when we had to stay awake to copy assignments and chat through the night

I started drinking coffee during the beginning of my college. All those night spent having a blast with friends while completing our project files. It didn’t take much time for me to become a caffeine addict.

I've never drank coffee for caffeine, I just liked the taste and did not care for "the boost" it was supposed to give me. In fact, I've never felt one, LOL. So when I found out that too much caffeine is not good for us, I easily switched to decaf. The taste is the same to me, and that's all I care about.

I'm all about the taste now, but the caffeine doesn't hurt
