I have been doing some searching around into colon cleansing diets recently, but there is so much comflicting evidence on the Internet that I am feeling a little confused by it all. It seems that a colon cleansing diet, particularly for weight loss consists of fruit, vegetables, lots of water and not having bad fat. Is this not just a normal healthy eating plan then? |

I took some cleansing pills once to get cleansed out before I started my healthy eating. It was horrible! I couldn't leave the house at all (if you know what I mean!). I think that healthy eating from the start is the way to go. |

I would have to agree with antkmom. I've heard good things about it and I know a lot of celebs do it, but if you eat healthy then you shouldn't need to

I don't know much about colon cleansing diets for weight loss. The only one I know about is the one Beyonce did for that movie a few years back. From what I remember she was living off a liquid concoction. That sounds more like self starvation than a sound weight loss diet.
