We keep reading it all the time that the more water we drink the better our body will be. But we tend to forget it all the time. Right from getting up in the morning to going back to bed in night we get so engaged in our daily routine that we neglect this small necessity of life. We may blame it on our hectic schedule but in a way we are neglecting our health. It is very important for us to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Water cleans our system, keeps our digestive system in control and gives us a healthy glowing skin.

I know for sure that I feel 10x better when I drink water, but it's hard to drink that much in a day. When I do, I end up feeling bloated and just really full.. so I end up eating less

| That is one of the reasons why we should drink a lot of water. It is an indirect way of dieting since you lose your appetite !! But to be honest, I forget to drink that much of water lol !

| I've never met anyone who was able to drink that much. I think it's almost impossible. I dunno what it is, but water always seems to upset my stomach. I bought a bunch of juice recently though, so that's been helping a bit, but still.. I can't drink that much. I think I drink like 1-3 at most glasses a day. It might be why I get so many headaches.
