Smile Water-Human's life

Water is an essential nutrient. The body is made up of 70-80% water. Water is one of the four main nutrients of the body. Water deprivation affects our body much faster than the lack of any other nutrient. Water is the medium by which nutrients, oxygen and other elements are distributed throughout the body.
Water also works as the transport for body waste removal. It also functions as a lubricant, maintains the body’s temperature, keeps our skin moist and protects the body from shock.

Actually, it is. But the trick is to drink one glass of water between each drink so that the toxins do not go directly into the digestive system. They have less impact if mixed with water.

Maybe my mom wouldn't have gotten so drunk if she'd known this That's really interesting!

I think your advice is sound; however, when people are drinking I don't know how much they are concerned about having a hangover the next day. When I use to drink after consuming a few beverages I could not think clearly at all.

I've heard that having some water before doing a lot of drinking is helpful for preventing getting a hangover as well. It keeps you from getting dehydrated.

Anytime you have a drink, depending on how your body handles it, you're running the risk of getting a hangover. But I don't believe many people are concerned with that beforehand, as the whole point of drinking is usually to enjoy the moment and in some cases to ''forget'' about things.

I'm not sure if they work or not, but there are some pills that you can take before or after drinking that will help to prevent getting a hangover the next day. Maybe it helps to prevent your body from dehydrating.
