Smile Zero fat diet

A Zero fat Diet is Best
Zero fat or low fat diets cut down the essential fatty acids that are required for vibrant health. Their absence affects the immune system, making one prone to frequent infection, auto-immune disorders and poor mental functioning.
The fat-solution vitamins (A, D, E and K) need the medium of fats to be absorbed in the body. A fat free diet deprives the body of these very necessary vitamins, ultimately creating the conditions for major health problems.

It would be very hard to completely eliminate fat from your diet. Our bodies need fat, even if in very small doses. Even food that boasts being fat free may still have minimal amounts of fat.

Yeah since fat is needed by our body I think having the right amount of it sounds fair enough to me. I don't want to eat a zero fat diet if it will lead to some more health problems soon.

IMHO, there is no such thing as zeo fat diet!! Even if any product claims to be so, it is only an advertising gimmick ! It is bound to have a certain amount of fat though in lesser percentage!1

Our bodies need fat though, so it probably wouldn't be a very good idea to completely eliminate fat. It is good to try to watch your fat intake, but by completely taking it away, you're taking away something your body needs. That would be like completely removing carbs from your diet. You need some of them

I have to agree that our bodies need some fat. A zero fat diet can't be healthy at all.
If you are trying to diet, you can go to a low fat diet and make sure that you are making healthy choices.

I think a person should be able to eat any type of food they like as long as they consume it within the reason. It is quite unreasonable to expect from anyone to have an absolute zero fat diet without them lacking certain nutrients.

Yeah eating food in moderation is a good thing to do. Also it's going to be a healthy lifestyle if you will eat a balanced diet.

I think that people should be able to eat what they want, too. The reason that people are overweight isn't just because of what they eat, it's because they don't exercise. Do some exercises to eliminate excess fat and see if you like the results.

Even with exercise, people have to monitor food intake. If a person takes in more calories than they burn (in exercise) they will gain weight. Metabolism also plays a role in how many calories a person burns.
