I'm sorry to tell you that your diet is not good.

I don't know how you get through the day without eating until 1.00pm.

Food is fuel for the body. You wouldn't attempt to drive your car with no fuel in it would you? It wouldn't even start.

Even a working woman can grab a piece of fruit or two as she walks out of the door on a morning.

Any kind of habit that excludes breakfast is bad. You have to make time for breakfast or at least brunch. Try to get up earlier than normal and fit breakfast into your schedule.

That's not very good. You should try to fit in snacks during the day. People eat 3 meals a day, but really 6 small ones is much better for you. You want to have a constant flow of nutrients to have enough energy to carry you throughout the day. The tea is a plus though

Lolz that sounds like my diet too. Skipping breakfast all the time. Some said breakfast is the most important meal of the day so you shouldn't skip it.

I think you yourself know the answer and that's why you decided to post this query. No its not at all healthy to skip breakfast and have only 2 meals in a day, that too so far apart. If you don't have time for making an extensive breakfast what you can do is, probably have two slices of whole wheat bread with your favourite jam/ sauce (like my favourite is SIL's orange marmalade) and have it with a glass of hot milk. If you hate milk, then you can have scrambled eggs with two slices of whole wheat bread and have a glass of juice with it.
