1. Hunger is not a ravenous appetite. A really hungry person should be cool and never in a great hurry to eat anything and everything. 2. Hunger is not a localised, uncomfortable sensation like cramps in the stomach 3. It is not lack of energy. |

If it's not any of those things, then what do you think it is? Just curious. Because I think numbers one and two are prime examples of when you should eat.

Don't know whether I can agree with #1. I have not seen a "really hungry" person who would be cool and composed, without ravenous appetite. |

I only eat when I'm hungry, and I usually wait about four or five hours before eating another meal. There are times when I want to eat before that, and I may have a snack.

Lol Some may look cool from the outside but in the inside they are craving for more food if they're really hungry.

I have always got a ravenous appetite, but I think it is more about self control and the types of foods that you eat.

I don't think you should immediately eat every time you feel a pang of hunger, but you shouldn't wait until the hunger is unbearable, either. When you're so hungry that you can't stand it, you're more likely to overeat.
