| When I am stressed out, I tend to eat more. What kinds of foods do you eat when you stressed? I pretty much eat anything lol. I don't eat like CRAZY, but I do go a little overboard. Carbs and sugar are my favorite. They just really hit the spot

I go totally the other way. If I am stressed I lose my apetite and get terribly thirsty, so I drink an awful lot of water. I only get hungry when I'm bored and have nothing to do. |

| It's funny.. I can go either way lol. Lately though, I've noticed that I've been eating more when I'm stressed. Taking care of my grandmother is really hard. Good thing I have my dad and amazing bf with me. I just can't seem to find time for anything lately.. I wish I could just calm down

Stress affects me in the opposite way, just like bubble. I can't eat much, if at all, and I start losing weight. Sometimes I do like to "sweeten up" my dark mood with some chocolate, but it rarely works. If things are bad, my body goes on hunger strike. |

All I have to say is cheese! I love it and I find it a real comfort when I am stressed. I will eat anything from cheese triangles to stilton, whatever cheese is in the fridge I will eat it.

When I am stressed, I prefer to eat chocolate. I like dark chocolate with nuts. I like even the smell of this chocolate and I prefer the chocolate made in the Switzerland.

I tend to go into what my brother dubbed "rambling mode" where I just look in the refrigerator to see what I can eat. Even if I want to eat a lot of junk, I might not have the patience to fix it, so I usually end up eating something that crunches. In my case, that's whole grain cereal.

When I'm upset or bored, I can go both ways. Sometimes I'll forget to eat, or other times, I crave sweet things and caffeine. I know it's not good for me, but now I'm finding things to keep me distracted so I don't overeat. Games help me quite a bit
