Whole grains are good in Vitamin B and these vitamins are very important for skin functioning. They help in the growth of new cells to replace the dead cells and help the skin to fight infections. They also help the skin cells to absorb nutrients. One can get benefits of whole grain from breads, brown rice and pastas. They also help to make skin softer and so there would be no problem of dry skin, cracked feet and rough hands.

I totally agree. Whole grain food are also rich in fiber, which aid in digestion. This cleanses our body. And this in turn gives us great looking skin because our body is healthy.

I've been encouraging everyone in my family, especially my mother, to eat whole grain. I feel like I'm the only one who eats it. No one wants wheat bread or whole grain pasta. You can't really taste the difference.
