Blame it our hectic schedules or ignorance but it is the most common blunder that we all do. Skipping the breakfast is like killing your health. Breakfast is the most common meal of the day. People who skip their breakfast suffer from problems like ulcer. We may say that we have no time to have breakfast but we need to understand that it is breakfast that gives us energy to carry on the activities of the day. If you feel that breakfast makes you fell heavy so you skip it then go in for a lighter breakfast like oat meal than going in for parathas.

Absolutely! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, I never skip it. Even if I am running late I just pick up a couple of pieces of fruuit and pop them into my handbag for the journey.

| Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day. I find it hard to eat in the morning, but I force myself, because if I don't I get really weak. I know I should really work on eating healthier choices in the morning, but I always crave carbs lol.

I often have to force myself to eat breakfast, too. Somehow, my body does not think it's the most important meal of the day, LOL - I don't feel hungry and do not want a large meal. I still try to have a decent breakfast though. What are your favorite breakfast dishes? We like French toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, cheese, a cup of coffee. I like fresh fruit for breakfast. |

I'll eat breakfast, sometimes a late one, but I'll usually skip lunch. Since my days aren't as structured as they were when I was in high school, I don't feel like I need lunch as much.

Definitely! When I was still studying, my body felt different and I was irritable when I skipped breakfast. Even now, I still do eat breakfast even when on a diet. I can skip lunch, but never breakfast because that's where my body gets the energy to last throughout the day.

Skipping breakfast is a brain damaging activity also.. People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.. So having breakfast is a very healthy habit.. Never skip breakfast.. |

Breakfast is one of the most essential meal for the day as it marks the beginning of every activity. But if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle then in that case you should try or eat raw food as it will help you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and proper functioning of the body Best of luck |

I was the one who always used to miss breakfast and hated having it, but what I later realised is that this just made me eat more junk food mid mornings. So it was till later I thought I have to force myself to have breakfast, and it did make life much better and easier. Especially when it came to me working full time, breakfast kept me going till lunch time.

I agree 100%. Infact my mom usually gives me a very balanced and colourful breakfast. and she makes it a point that it has got atleast one of my favourite things. Like when she planes to make vegetable daliya then it is usually clubbed with my favourite SIL juice- mango flavour. When I beg her to make cheesy club sandwich then she makes sure that i have a glass of milk with it :P
