Eating intelligent will help in the long run. If you think that you are eating well but if you are not eating properly then you need to rethink. Take care of the nutritions in your diet. Count every calorie that you intake and look for means to burn it out. Vitamins and proteins should be well thought of before consuming the food. Go more for juices and shakes. Say no to aerated drinks. Play smart with your food. Let the food be shown in your refrigerator than your stomach. Go for food that has less oil or opt for no oil food. Eat in lesser portions and exercise at the same time. Have fresh fruits and vegetables compared to processed food.
