Default Eat Apple to be slim

Yes this is the result of a new study that was conducted some time back. Till date it was only said that if you eat an apple a day, you will remain fit enough to not to go to a doctor. But now studies have proved that people who have at least one apple a day or have a glass of natural apple juice a day remain slim and trim. Their waste line does not increase as compared to those who do not eat apples regularly. Because if you consume an apple per day then you take in calcium, potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin A and C and no fat which ensures a restricted waist line.

Is it be fine to eat an apple before meal? I know it is nutritious but every time I eat an apple before breakfast, I always have a back pain and I don't know why. Anyway, maybe I should try the juice.

I always found apples to be great for breakfast, but if for some reason you can't have them on an empty stomach, perhaps it is best to eat your apple as a mid-day snack.

I often grab an apple when I feel just a little hungry, not enough for a meal yet enough to want to chew on something. It is healthy, and yummy, too.

My grandfather would eat apples and encourage others to eat them. I did not know that apple juice had a similar benefit. I love to eat applesauce but I do not know if it is equal to eating an apple. Does anyone know if applesauce is a nutritional substitute to eating apples?

The apple could help people who have gall bladder stone. I forgot how the process is done but I remember that one should eat 3 apples a day for one week. I'll try to check if it's right. Anyway, apple is a nutritious food so I encourage my children to eat them. We could make lots of recipe out of it. What are the fruits that have a similar vitamins like the apple?

apple is good for the health. you can even eat it at night and consider it as your dinner. Usually, I eat it at night, cut it in cubes first, the munch it while watching TV
