Default Eat well but properly

It is not only important as to what are we eating but it is equally important for us to understand as to how we should be eating our food. We might take care of the nutrition in our diet but not take them in properly which will have no effect on the health. Make sure that you chew all the hard substances in you diet well. There should be proper and regular intake of curd. Eat fresh food as far as possible, processed food have chemical which may not be to healthy. So not only the taste but freshness of the food should also be taken into consideration. Always heat after taking it out from the refrigerator before consuming but make sure that your food is neither too hot nor too cold. Try to avoid taking water at least 15 minutes before food and drink lesser proportion of water after food. But yes you should intake at least 11 glasses of water in a day.

I think one of the things that I sometimes missed to do is chewing the food properly. It really takes time and I have a busy schedule. I eat more but I chew less. I guess that is the reason why I gained weight currently. Do you think so?

Eating on the run is not good for the digestive system. Since you have a busy schedule, if you eat less and chew more you can save time and reduce your caloric intake. The end result is that you will lose weight.

Yes, you gained weight because of improper eating. It could be also that you are stress with what you are doing. You should take time when you eat. Do not miss to drink water and chew more next time.
