Default Water

Do you think it's a myth about drinking water and weight loss?

I always have a big glass of water when I'm feeling hungry and it isn't breakfast, lunch or dinner. It usually stops the craving.

Do you drink a lot of water throughout the day?

OMG.. I am sooooo terrible at remembering to drink enough water. But yes, I do notice that when I drink more water, I don't do the random snacking throughout the day.

Also, it seems to run in my family to dehydrate. Not too long ago, my little brother passed out randomly and we had to rush him to the hospital. How do you drink enough water? I myself find that it upsets my stomach. Does it do that for you?

I drink a lot of water throughout the day for two reasons: one, it helps curb my cravings for food and two, I also drink a lot of coffee and it dehydrates my body, so I constantly have a bottle of water in my hands. To be honest, I am not too crazy about drinking water, but I do it out of necessity anyways.

Water is very important. I have heard that it could help us lose some weight when we drink plenty of it. But, I still have doubts. I know you have heard about water therapy. Do you think this is advisable for those who diet?

Water therapy is good for the body, as it eliminates wastes and toxins from the body. If you are on a diet, drink a glass or two of water when you feel the urge to eat. Most often it is enough to satisfy the urge to eat.

I don't think that it's a myth. I've heard several real doctors tell you that water helps you to feel full and eat less. Water's already good for you, but that should be an added bonus to getting your eight glasses a day.

Since reading this post, I've made it a point to drink a LOT of water each day and I really feel very good. I'm not trying to lose weight or anything, but I just feel more energized. I've been walking more and wanting to do more active things. So ya, I think it really does help promote weight loss.

I can witness to the benefits of drinking water. I drink water almost exclusively. My body lets me know when I do not have enough fluid in my system. I drink water when I eat a meal because it helps my food go down smoothly. It also helps me eat less because I become full quickly.

Water doesn't only help us lose some pounds but also boost our energy. When you drink lots of water, it keeps you going. In addition to that, our body would be cleanse. That is why I like water than any other liquids. How about you?

I always drink a lot of water a day. I drink water as soon as I wake up, before and after taking a bath. In between meals. And whenever I feel tired. It cleanses my system
