I know fruits are very good for health as well as fresh fruit juice, but is there a difference in the two. As in which is better fruits or fruit juice? And why?

Good question. I'm not sure. I've heard that things like apples should be eaten with the peel on because alot of the good nutrients are in the peel. So, if you just drink apple juice, it maybe that it's not as healthy? I really don't know. That's just what I've heard.

In my opinion, I think the fruit itself is much better. You will have all the pulp and the fiber needed by the body.

I don't know if there would be lots of difference but, I think fruits would be better than fruit juices. I would rather eat than drink. You would enjoy the fruit more when you bite and chew it. What do you think?

| I'm pretty sure fruit is better because it's all natural. Who knows what they add in the juices!! |

Fresh fruits are definintely better. Fruit juices or canned fruits are filled with sugars. I actually just read that every woman should have a glass of vegetable juice every day for a healthy diet. |
