Fruits are important in our diet, and although everyone says they are important and give us good benefits, its not always that we eat them, but we should eat them regularly, in fact everyday! I have put myself into a habit of eating at least one fruit everyday, no matter whether its an apple, banana, kiwi, mango or whatever else it may be. |

I eat fruits all day. Especially apples and grapes. However, I tend to stay away from the fruits such as watermelon or cantaloupes if I know that I will be out all day. Since they contain a lot water, they tend to make me go to the bathroom very often. Cherries and all kinds of field berries are great snacks to bring along as well. And all this is for a minimal amount of calories, thus no worries about gaining weight.

Sadly, not enough. I think I ate banana the other day...just because I saw one at our table. But I think I eat like one fruit in two weeks. |

Are you aware with the diet you have? I mean, you have veggies and fruits with you? By the way, pineapple fruit, banana, orange are some of the fruits that i used to ate.

I don't really eat fruits a lot, though I know it is good for our health. Maybe I eat fruits at least thrice a week. usually fruits I eat are banana, apple, mango and coconut.

I eat fruits whenever it is available. My sister has been eating more fruits with less meal. Do you think it is healthy? I mean, would it provide the necessary energy that you need for a day?

| I know I should eat fruit more than I do, but I'm still working on eating healthier. It's such a hard thing to accomplish! My favs are strawberries, watermelon, grapes, cantelope.. and I'm starting to really like kiwi. I've only had it twice in my life and it's a little strange, but very easy to get used to |
