We all know that there is a food pyramid, which allows us to know what foods to eat and its nutritional values. Do you follow the pyramid chart of food sensibly? |

I try as much as I can to follow the food pyramid, and make sure I include a bit of everything in my diet and my meals. Sometimes its not that easy to include everything in your daily meals, as you have a mind or mood set for certain meals.

I don't really follow the food pyramid but I still eat healthy. There are times that you can't possibly eat everything that is displayed in that chart within a day. I believe that as long as we have a balanced diet, it is not always necessary to follow what is suggested in there.

I don't follow the food pyramid at all. I think it's pretty outdated (the one they put on the bread bag), and if you follow it, you can get fat just by eating all those servings in a single day. Just use your best judgment, and you'll be fine.

| Hahaha funny things is.... (sad to say) I completely forgot it existed. I'm terrible! I really should eat better. I just enjoy what I eat and I'm happy lol. It's gunna bite me in the butt on day though! Watch me wake up one day and not have fast metabolism anymore
