Eating in moderation is probably one of the best things that we can do for our bodies. The problem is that the portions are getting bigger, and food is more tempting than ever. How can we eat in moderation if everything looks so delicious?

I'm finding that I feel so much better now that I don't eat some much. Some may say that I'm not eating enough, but I'm not a very active person so I don't think my body needs as much food. I am trying to make sure to spread my meals throughout the day.. for a while, I was eating late at night and I think it was contributing to my messed up sleeping schedule

I know that it works perfectly. When you eat in moderation way, you are filling up with the less amount of the food. And it leads to the weight loss.

Yes Lyka, having a healthy lifestyle can make our body in shape. Exercise and good food can make us look young and feel young.

I think the biggest mistake people make, in addition to over-eating, is eating when they are not actually hungry. We all know how it happens: it's dinner time, so we think we've got to have something, and even though we don't feel hungry, we join the rest of the family for a meal. I think those calories go right into "storage"!
