Protein. Eat a lot of fish - tuna to be exact. My brother wanted to gain weight before so he ate a lot of fish and meat.

I've heard that stuff like spaghetti and breads that have alot of carbs, will help you to gain weight if you want to be a little bigger.

I didn't know fishes can help you gain weight. I thought they're healthy but don't help you gain weight, that's why athletes eat fish.

Protein is the best way to bulk up. I've heard a lot of people make shakes using eggs and other proteins. Also, try to stay away from sugar, carbs, that kinda stuff. Also, talk to your doctor maybe for more ideas

All kinds of foods would help you to gain some pounds. My friend usually eat the sweets or desserts first before the main course. It serves as an appetizer for her. After that, she says that you would tend to eat more. The more food you eat, the more you would gain weight. Have tried to eat lots of rice? It would be an answer to your problem too.

If you want to gain weight increase your caloric intake and eat a balanced diet. Sometimes it is not just what you eat you also have to consider your metabolism. Individuals with a high metabolism can eat more without gaining weight. A person with a low metabolism can consume a few calories and still gain weight.
