I'm actually researching on my own some possible ways to grow taller. I thought of starting this thread to discuss any foods or diets anyone can share that can make us grow more taller. As a start, one that I found so far is drinking milk at night and chocolate in the morning. How about you guys? Are there any diets or foods you can recommend that could make us grow taller? Specially for those are already 18 and above?

Your height is genetic and you can't grow taller. I agree with Busy Bee for growing wider there are many ways and the milk and chocolates would be a good start.

Phew I know this kind of milk or chocolate drinking everyday could make us grow taller but this is mostly effective to growing teens. I'm already in my 20's and it doesn't work to me anymore.

Although this is an interesting thread, I can't recommend any foods which can make you grow taller. I am only 5'2 and ate chocolate almost everyday as a kid, teen, and still do. I would have liked to be taller but now I'm pretty satisfied being this height.

There is no such as ''foods that make you grow taller'' - height is genetic, you can help it a little by playing certain sports that extend your muscles lengthwise but nothing is going to make you taller by a large difference. Especially not chocolate - that will just make you larger...

I do not know of any food to make you grow taller; however, I have read about surgery that you can get to make you taller. The process requires breaking bones, adding to the length of the bones and resetting. I have heard that coffee can stunt your growth. |

Ahh, did you know that growth comes during sleep. During teen years, when there are more growth spurts, there should be more sleeping time at night. Lack of sleep during those years stunts growth.
