Default balance diet..

hey guys i would like share some tips here regarding our daily food intake according on my experienced of trying to be fit and active..in my case i eat anything but a balance diet..of course i assume that you really know what a balance diet means..just keep in mind that when eating we must chew the food thoroughly before swallowing it..in this manner you can eat slowly and can easily feel the feeling of fullness in the stomach since it takes twenty minutes or so to register in our brain that we are already full..or satisfied..

You're right, balance is the key. We sometimes get so excited when we're eating that we don't really chew our food like we're supposed to. We gulp it down, and we eat when we're probably not very hungry.

I never realized how much I was over eating until I moved in with Chris. Now that I'm busy and always spending time with him and things like that, I don't eat as much. However, I'm a little concerned that I've been eating too little, so I'm trying to really focus on remembering to eat. (I'm such a dork I always forget to until I'm starving lol) I'm also trying to drink more water. It's funny how much energy you can get from drinking enough water. It's very interesting

It is suprising how many people forget to chew their food and are not mindful about how much they are eating and how quickly.

Yes, one of the best food and diet related advices I have heard is, "Never eat in a hurry." The reason is, if you are hurriedly stuffing yourself, you are not doing your body any good. The poorly chewed food will be hard to digest, and also you are more likely to overeat this way.
