Default culprit to weight gain

snacking in between meals could be one of the major reasons for weight gain...taking fruits or nuts as snacks would be a good idea...what about you?what do you eat when you feel hungry in between meals?

In morning i have a heavy breakfast so I don't have a problem. Sometimes I have snacks. I'm prefer to have some tiffin in the evening and that helps.

Try this:

a) Heavy breakfast at 8 AM
b) Light snack at 11 AM (say tea and a small sandwitch)
c) Light lunch at 1 PM
d) Light snack at 4 PM (coffee with some biscuit)
e) Light dinner at 7 PM
f) An apple or banana at 10 PM before sleeping

I eat anything with moderation whenever I am hungry. Fruits are the best choice for health conscious. By the way, was there any case wherein one gains weight eating too much fruits and vegetable?

Taking a heavy breakfast makes you less likelier to overeat later during the day.. especially if you have some protein in your breakfast...

Eat like a king for breakfast
Lunch like a queen
Dinner like a pauper

should be the motto to lose weight

My problem is that I am a stress eater. I eat when I get stressed and that is when I look for the 'bad' foods.
You really should be eating 6 small meals a day, rather then 3 big meals and 3 snacks.

Many people has that kind of habit. I usually don't wake up that early that's why I always skip breakfast. I eat lunch and dinner with small amounts, still no weight loss.
