snacking in between meals could be one of the major reasons for weight gain...taking fruits or nuts as snacks would be a good idea...what about you?what do you eat when you feel hungry in between meals?

In morning i have a heavy breakfast so I don't have a problem. Sometimes I have snacks. I'm prefer to have some tiffin in the evening and that helps. |

Ya inbetween meal snack helps in gaining the weight etc.. but if you workout regularly for 30 min then no problem you can have as much as you want

| hmm that does not ad much to weight gain,but if they are not od good quality then may have problems like indigestion and acidity etc..

| I eat anything with moderation whenever I am hungry. Fruits are the best choice for health conscious. By the way, was there any case wherein one gains weight eating too much fruits and vegetable?

My problem is that I am a stress eater. I eat when I get stressed and that is when I look for the 'bad' foods. You really should be eating 6 small meals a day, rather then 3 big meals and 3 snacks. |

Many people has that kind of habit. I usually don't wake up that early that's why I always skip breakfast. I eat lunch and dinner with small amounts, still no weight loss.
