Default How Many Meals Per Day?

How many meals do you eat per day? I used to eat three meals, but we started cutting back. I started off a little hard to adapt, but because of my work schedule, it's become easier to operate on just two meals and a snack.

I know you're technically supposed to eat like 6 small meals a day, but I usually do 2 or 3. I just get too busy and forget to eat lol

It would be nice if I could eat a lot of little meals all throughout the day because my stomach is usually growling, but that's just not practical for me right now. Most of those small meals would just be snacks anyway.

Yes, it is healthier to have more smaller meals, but I don't follow that rule. I grew up having breakfast, dinner, and supper, so that's what my body is used to. So it's 3 meals a day in our household.

I also grew up eating only 3 meals in a day but when I oversleep or adjust my sleeping time that reduces to 2 or sometimes only once a day.

I have 2 small healthy meals in a day while having 3 healthy snack breaks. I guess it’s how you adjust & plan your diet. Having small healthy snacks have both benefit that I balance my meal properly without spending more than 5-8mins on breaks. It’s efficient.

well its actually 3 meals a day or if you someone who wants to maintain or lose weight its 4-6 small meals a day (in other words eating every 3-4 hours)

I make sure my family has 3 meals a day, including some healthy snacks in between like fruits, dried fruits, milk, milk shake biscuits (for kids) some sprouts.

Six!, I didn't know that. I just stick to the three but then I always have a late night snack which is a really bad thing to do. I am going to attempt to stop my late night food binges as from today.
