Default Favorite Food

Lately, I'm just obsessed with anything not good for me lol. Since my gma died, I'm giving myself a break. One good thing I've been eating lately is broccoli with cheese. That's my favorite food at the moment. It's always changing though lol!

I love junk food myself, and it can be a little hard to eat it in moderation if you're really hungry, but I try. Cheese has always been a favorite of mine, and the best thing about it is that there's different kinds. It's hard to pin point a favorite food, but if it has cheese on it, I'll probably like it.

Sorry to hear about your grandma Brittany.

I would not classify cheese as junk food, it is high on calories but in moderate amounts it is good for us.

I like fried chicken and steak... The trick is to remember to eat veggies with it!

I have been eating a lot of plain yogurt lately - I mix some cumin, paprika and salt in it and add a touch of olive oil. Then I dip toasted tortilla pieces in it. It makes a great snack.

Oh my gosh, I've never thought of that. Plain yogurt on a tortilla chip--that sounds so good! That would be way better than salsa or sour cream. It'll be the perfect dip.

Plain yogurt is such a treat because you can really make it your own. There are so many people out there who won't eat it plain simply because they think that they won't like the taste. Plain yogurt allows you to keep the sugar content low.
