Default Vitamins

How many women here take a multi-vitamin? I went to the doctors a bit ago and was told I should start to take them. I am taking Nature Valley women's multi-vitamin now. I haven't noticed any major change except I'm not tired as often as I was.

What kind of vitamins do you take?

I don't take multi vitamins, I just take 1 gram of vitamin c everyday. As what I have read on some books, the human body can't store vitamin c so we should have a daily dose of it

I have been taking ''One A Day'' for women for a while now. I don't notice anything different about myself but apparently it is good for our health since it has all the vitamins and other supplements in it.

I have been taking Vemma, a liquid supplement with full spectrum of vitamins and 60+ minerals in it, for about two years. I have noticed that my food cravings stopped, which helped to lose some weight. Also, my blood pressure that used to be a little high went down. I love Vemma, I won't ever get off of it.

I take centrum, calcium, vit.d, omega 3 everyday. I'm going to add more to it when I have more money. I love taking supplements because of the good things it can do to my body.

I don't take multi vitamins, but I used to take 2 vitamin-c tablets every day. I heard that they keep you from getting sick as much. Not sure if it's true for everyone, but it seemed to work for me. If I'm remembering correctly, it's one thing that you can't really overdose on.
