Default How much caffine do you have in a day ??

I was just wondering how much caffeine do you have in one day . I know that if I am not careful I will end up drinking nothing but caffine all day . I will drink things like coffee, tea , pop , and the one that I am really bad with is the Monster Energy drinks.

I used to drink a cup of coffee once in a while, and drinks like Pepsi and Coke, full of caffein. I have excluded them from my diet though, and I am doing fine. I might buy some decaf coffee to have in the morning occasionally, but I can't say I crave it.

I don't drink much coffee, maybe a cup and a half if I have the really early shift or it is cold. I used to drink tons of Diet Pepsi but have cut to 1 or 2 cans a day. My doc told me not too long ago that "people who drink 1 - 2 cups of coffee a day live longer." I think moderation is the key to caffeine and so many things.

Hi! I am not a coffee drinking. They say that coffee is not good because of some certain reasons and that includes caffeine. I know this would not be bad for us if we take it with moderation. Anyway, I just want to know, what are the benefits that we could get from caffeine?

I know that caffeine is a diuretic and it gives you a short burst of energy through the day. But you end up crashing after and depending on the amount you will crash hard

Well I only drink coffee if I don't want to fall asleep just once in a while since i'm not fond of drinking coffee. They say too much coffee in one day is not good for your health.

Really? Coffee would then give you energy. My friend told me that too much caffeine would totally make you nervous. Well, I don't know if this is true. Anyway, where else could we get caffeine?

I don't drink Coke or fizzy drinks with caffeine but loves coffee. I have it black with no sugar so there are no calories but lots of caffeine. I think too much most of the time.

I have at least one coffee a day, but I'm trying to cut back. I have anxiety and I know it doesn't help my symptoms. I've tried decaf but it just doesn't do it for me. I just crave the extra boost. I've been drinking coffee since I was 14 though.

My mom always told me it stunts your growth, is that true? I don't think I'm short. I'm 5 foot 5 ish.

Coffee does give you energy and yes if you are not careful it can give you the jitters but the one thing that people do not do is take their health in to consideration when they drink the cafiene and what affects it will have on your body and heart .

Too much cafiene can cause heart problems the shakes and more . So when drinking cafiene always keep that in mind .

My friend drinks 2-3 cups of coffee everyday. In my opinion, I think that would be too much. He has been doing this for almost 2 years and I am quite worried that it may have bad effects on his health. Could you tell me some alternatives for coffee?
