Default Lose weight without exercise

Do you think it could be possible to lose weight without exercise? My sister wanted to lose pounds however, she just want to know if it could happen without extreme exercises. I would appreciate any information.

I do it. I dropped 40 pounds just by changing my diet. When you change your diet drastically your body drops what it doesn't need.
I barely exercise, except for household work.

I guess it is possible. You don't have to exercise for as long as you watch what you eat. Why wouldn't your sister exercise? Walking around is an activity that would help her loss weight.

I think this is possible. A proper diet would help you lose weight without exercise. Do you think it would be helpful to watch the amount of calories we take everyday?

There are many secrets of losing weight without exercise. First, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Second, eat healthy meals everyday. Third, always monitor your calorie level. Lastly, drink plenty of water.

It definitely can be done. All she has to do is watch her calorie intake. If she can just walk, that counts as exercise. I have lost weight just by changing my diet and wearing a pedometer to count my steps every day. I try to do more walking, just around the house. It does work.

Nice tips guys I was looking for some easy way to reduce some weight. I don't exercise a lot but I do some dancing at home with my favorite song.

It can be done, yes, especially if you have a lot of extra pounds to get rid of - in that case, change of diet works wonders. But if you are already slim and just want to shed "those last 5 pounds," it won't be that easy, and I'm afraid exercise is a must.

Losing weight without exercise is possible. However it would make your muscles flabby and that will not improve your looks.

I guess to watch our calorie intake would be difficult. If ever it wouldn't be possible, then I think walking would be a good alternative. I am quite curious, what is a pedometer? Is it important to count the steps that we make everyday?
