Do you need a quick and easy dessert for the holidays, that is both healthy and fun for everyone to enjoy? If so try this recipe. As a warning this recipe goes fast so you may want to make up 2 batches


Sweet Berry Treat

½ C Strawberries
½ C Blueberries
½ C Blackberries
2 Kiwi Sliced thinly
3 Tsp Sugar
2 Packages Neufincheal Cheese
½ C Cold Milk
1 Packet Vanilla, Pudding
1 C Whip Cream
1 Frozen Pound Cake (can bake and freeze)
A drizzle of Hersheys Syrup (Optional)

Directions
• In a medium bowl, mix all berries together except the kiwi with sugar set aside in refrigerator
• In another bowl combine neufincheal cheese, milk pudding and whip cream; Mix well
• Cube frozen pound cake into a 9x13 pan
• Spread your cheese mixture on the cubed pound cake
• Add your berries, spread generously
• Add kiwi on top of the berries
• Drizzle chocolate on top .
• Chill and serve

Oh, I bet this is yummy. I love fresh berries, and this recipe has several kinds of them that are my favorite.

I have not heard of this particular cheese though. Is it something hard to find?

Berries are really good to eat, and when i make this dessert it will be something that i will make with berries for the first time.

To respond to the comment about the Neufincheal Cheese , I have found that the cheese is right next to the Cream Cheese . If you cant find it there , you can use regular cream cheese . All that is different between them is the fact that the Neufincheal is a lite cream cheese . And the other is a richer more heavy cream cheese
