Default Walnut & Raisin Pudding

Preheat oven at 160deg C. In large mixing bowl, mix 125ml orange juice with 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon honey & 2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Stir in cooked rice (100g), 40g raisins & 35g chopped & toasted walnuts.
In another bowl whisk 3 egg whites until soft peaks form, then carefully fold into the rice mixture with large metal spoon.

Pour into 4 ramekins that have been lightly coated with vegetable oil. Place the ramekins in baking tin. Add boiling water to tin to a depth of 2.5cm. Bake for 30-35 mins or until the puddings are set. serve hot.

Hmm... I'm not sure about this one. I'm kinda picky with food. What does it taste like? Is it sweet, plain?
