| Vanilla Ice Cream you need: Milk 300 ml Custard powder 2 tablespoonfuls Vanilla essence few drops Caster sugar 75gm Whipping cream, lightly whipped 300 ml method for making ice cream: Refrigerator setting for this ice cream should be at lowest. Heat the milk in a heavy-based saucepan, then leave to infuse for 20 minutes,add a few drops of vanilla essence. Take some milk and sugar mix custard powder and stir over a low heat until lightly thickened. Leave the custard to cool, then fold in the lightly whipped cream. Pour the mixture into a freezing tray and place in the freezer or ice-cream compartment of the refrigerator overnight.
