Default Pepsi cake

My brother-in-law makes this Pepsi cake - he actually uses Pepsi in the recipe. The cake turns out somewhat like chocolate cake, but slightly different, very moist and yummy. He says you can use Coke, too. I'll need to steal the recipe sometime.

WOW! That sounds amazing. Definitely let me know if you get the recipe from him. I don't drink too much pop, but have never been able to quit pepsi. Hmmm... I wonder what other kinds of pop people have used...

Pepsi cake sounds quite interesting. I wonder if you can also use the diet version of the pop though...Well, if you can snatch the recipe, I would certainly love to try it out as I am a big fan of baking cakes - especially the ones that I have never tasted before
