Default Chocolate Swiss Roll

Chocolate Swiss rolls are something enjoyed by all ages, and you always thought if you could make them. So what are you waiting for here is the recipe to make it, just get these ingredients:
2 eggs, 1 and a 1/2 oz. flour, 2 oz. of castor sugar, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tbsp of warm water and 1oz. of grated sweetened chocolate.

Now grease a swiss roll tin and line it with greaseproof paper. After this grease the paper well. Now separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs. Now you need to beat the yolks and the sugar together until the mixture is creamy. Then you need to add the warm water, and immediately after that add the chocolate. Whisk the egg whites stiffly. And add alternately with the sieved flour and baking powder. Now fold them tightly. You will now have to put the mixture in the tin and bake in hot oven for about 12 minutes. Now you should take a piece of greaseproof paper and sprinkle it well with icing sugar. Trim the edges and roll it up. Then let it cool and get ready to eat.

Pretty easy recipe but I bet it tastes great. I enjoy everything that has chocolate in it, so I guess this will also become one of my favorite recipes. Thank you for sharing.

This a very yummy post. I like chocolates a lot and I would love to try this recipe. By the way, how many degrees should we set the oven? You only mentioned "hot oven".

Just reading the topic makes me crave for chocolate cake right now. The steps are easy, I hope I could make one next time. What is the alternative for castor sugar?

Coming in and reading this again, I'm craving chocolate milk all of a sudden. A nice chocolate cake. You'd think I was PMSing or something hahaha. But nope, it's just my withdrawals I guess. NO FUN!!

Those seems to be a very easy steps. I hope I could make a right output if I would make one at home. How hot is a "hot oven"? You missed to put how many degrees we should set the oven.
