Default The more the cozier?

Has anyone heard about this? There's this guy who lives in New York who claims that your house will feel bigger, the more stuff you have in it. Check this out:

That would depends on how you arrange your stuff. I don't think his house looks big. I think less is more.

It depends what kinda stuff you fill the house with and arrangement and all..

But i think when things are too much in house, it actually seems to be small..and it wont be cozier.. affects mobility of people also..
