Is it necessary that wearing of fragrance need to be changed depends on the time of the year? Like there are scents that are appropriate for summer months which is different with what is recommended for winter nights?

Yes, go with light airy scents for summer and a bit heavy strong
ones in winter.

I always don't practice to wear the same scent for long time. I usually change it over. Especially for summer i prefer light scents because strong scents will be irritable sometimes.

Actually you can wear any perfume any time of the year. The only difference is how it makes you feel. For example, you might like a spicy scent in winter, but not in July!
