I looked at your profile but can't see where you live, or do you mean online stores to buy from?

I have always liked products from Avon and Mary Kay never had a problem with either . Even though they are competitors of each other... And you can order on line and get it the next day

you can try buying online. look for the brands that suit your skin type and skin color. i can't suggest a physical store or boutique since i don't know where you are located.

If you were to go to somewhere on line like Avon or Mary Kay you may even receive a discount for your products as well.

But I would think that major brands are always available everyone, well in all stores, Revlon, Maybelline are some brands which are popular. But it also depends on your price range.

The best place to go that is in my city is Ulta. I don't know where you live. You could google the closest Ulta to you. Ulta is wonderful. They have consultants there to help you and you can even try on the cosmetics before you buy them. They have almost any kind of cosmetics you can think of.

There are a few other sites that I can think of is Amway or Quick Star as well ... you may want to check that out as well . They are really great for makeup and vitamins

My personal opinion here would be using the most reliable and top brands, after all it’s for your skin. Check out Maybelline & Revlon beauty products as they are reliable and skin friendly, as I have used their eyeliners, foundations and nail paints.
