What do you do with the clothes your kids outgrow? Do you try to resell them, take them to a conseignment shop or give them away? My son just went threw his clothes and he has some jeans with the tags still on!! I am trying to decide what to do with these clothes.

My mom will either donate our clothes, or have a garage sale. I personally like the whole garage sale idea, because money is very tight lately

Yeah my mom does that too, here there's no such thing as garage sale but I do like the idea. I have so much stuffs here that I'm not using anymore.

I use to donate the clothes on freecycle, but I have alot of expensive clothes now that we need to get rid of. I am thinking of taking them to a second hand shop.

If I were still living in the UK I would be taking them to a charity shop. Out here in Spain there is no such thing as a charity shop so I am a but stuck too. Some of the girls clothes I have are far to pretty and in good condition, it would be a shame to throw them away.

Have you thought of putting them on Ebay? My sister sells her old clothes on there.

I donate used to clothing either to Goodwill or a charity called Samaritan House that provides shelter for abused women and their children. They also help them set-up their own permanent housing.

That'll be a good idea second hand clothes are still on these days. It's really not my thing to just throw aways some good and useful stuffs it's like you're throwing away the money you've spent for that.

I rather just give away old clothes unless I really need the money. There's a lot of less fortunate people out there who would love to have those clothes, so I save them for the next pick up date.

Yeah at first I really don't like the idea of giving away my good stuffs to neighbors because when I was young I feel annoyed when someone wears my clothes because my mom gave it to them. O.O
